What to Expect

Here’s what working together looks like:

1. Intro Call

A 15-minute phone call  to explore your goals and see if we’re a good fit.

2. Personalized Plan

Evidence-based guidance tailored to your labs and lifestyle. This could include diet modifications, supplement recommendations and adjustments to sleep, stress management and movement.

3. Ongoing Support

Regular check-ins, digital tools, recommendations for supportive therapies,  and benchmarks to help you measure progress.

This is a collaborative process — together we will find approaches that fit your life and help you meet your health goals.

Our Services

One-On-One Counseling

Ongoing sessions focused on managing heart health, creating sustainable habits, and building confidence around food. This is for individuals who have specific guidance from a physician and are ready to commit to the process. This will include keeping a food journal (written or photographic), adopting recommended diet and lifestyle modifications and attending scheduled appointments.

Journal Review + Intro Session

This 75 minute session is for someone who has questions about their diet or is not sure if they are ready to work with a dietician on a consistent basis. You will keep a food journal for one week that will be reviewed ahead of the session. You will walk away with greater knowledge, answers to your questions and actionable steps you can take towards your goals. For new patients only.
